Well, those of you who are on fb with me know that I've not left cyber-world, just left my blog.
Life is crazy with a ful time job in the ICU on night shift; I repeat-- gag---night shift!
And a full time student in a family nurse practitioner program;
And a wife and mom to two boys and caretaker of 2 dogs and 2 cats...
That said, is it any wonder I eat for stress and comfort?
Ok... I feel crummy from alot of sweet pumpkin spice creamer in my many cups of coffee each day, and from just a crappy diet.
Tomorrow--- I'm going to give up all sugar. Cold turkey. It should be a downright horrible day. But I'm convinced there is nothing redeeming about sugar. I won't drink coffee without the sweet creamers, so therefore I'll also be giving up coffee. I am going to switch to green tea.
Wish me luck. I'll weigh in the morning and check in tomorrow.... Here we go again.:-)
